At Beaumont we pride ourselves on the extra-curricular activities we offer our children. Learning beyond the classroom is vital and we encourage all children to participate fully in the activities and clubs that we offer.
We work closely with Outside agencies to offer clubs that children would not normally experience within a primary school setting such as dance, cricket, computing, science and other exciting activities.
We offer clubs before and after school everyday for all children.
Music
At Beaumont, we offer a wide range of musical opportunities. We work closely with Bolton Music Service to provide instrumental lessons in school. Children enjoy singing regularly in assemblies, learning about a variety of composers, and exploring music from around the world.
Sports
We offer a wide range of sporting opportunities to all children throughout the year. We are very fortunate to have a dedicated Sports Coach at Beaumont Primary School. Mr Postle works alongside specialist coaches to ensure each class has the opportunity to develop their skills across a range of sports. We also work with external providers to offer before- and after-school sports clubs. Children at Beaumont regularly take part in competitions, including football, cross-country running, and other sports
Performing Arts
Drama objectives are delivered and enjoyed across the curriculum. In Year 6, pupils perform an end-of-year production, while during the Christmas period our Early Years and Key Stage One children take part in a festive performance for families.
